Account Termination

4. User Conduct

• Manipulate match results or engage in cheating
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Upload viruses or malicious code

5. League Participation

Player Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled matches or provide timely notice of absence
• Follow league rules and regulations
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship
• Report accurate match results
• Respect venue rules and staff

Team Captain Responsibilities

• Manage team roster and lineups
• Ensure team compliance with league rules
• Submit match results accurately and timely
• Communicate league information to team members
• Resolve disputes within the team

6. Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

By submitting content to the Service (including profile information, photos, and match data), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BPL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Dispute Resolution

Match Disputes

Disputes regarding match results or league play should first be addressed with team captains and league administrators. Final decisions rest with league administrators.

Legal Disputes

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
